Hello everyone,

Thanks to all of you that have reached out to David and me. And to all those who have e-mailed me through Facebook, please know that I have received your wonderful notes. If I have time tomorrow, I will try to fix my account with them so that I may respond personally to each of you and accept the friendship offers that you have sent me. Sorry in my delay in getting this fixed.

Grant is loving being home. He seems so much like his old self here. David and I are so glad to have him home too. He is starting to want to eat more  - which is a side effect of the medicine he is on. This morning we took him on a walk and to the park. He was thrilled. We also moved his room from upstairs to the downstairs bedroom. We wanted him to be closer to us and to have his own bathroom. The playroom moved upstairs and both Claire and Grant love it. We also spent a good part of the day cleaning all the toys and the rest of the house.

Tomorrow Shadlee and Dave (David's parents) will head home to Waco. We will miss all the help they have given us. Claire has her ballet recital next Friday, and then on Saturday will head to Waco for vacation, and then to Dallas. She will be gone for 10 days. We will miss her so much, but it will be good. She will be gone during the worst time for Grant as far as infection is concerened.

On Monday Grant goes to the Clinic for labs and Chemo. Then on Wednesday will go back for a bone marrow biopsy and another spinal tap. Poor little guy seems to be handling all this well so far.

Again - thank you so much for all the support and all the prayers. We are so full of faith and hope!
