Pray for Grant

We are home! Grant cleared his Methorextate with ease! YEAH!! And his spinal came back negative - so we are thrilled. We are still waiting on the results of the PCR from MD Anderson to see how much of the Philadelphia Chromosome is still present. As soon as I hear, I will let you all know. Thank you so much for the prayers this week.

David stayed with Grant last night, and after a breakfast at the 59 Diner, Grant came home. He is currently upstairs playing with his sister - who he said he "missed so much." She is such a wonderful big sister!

I have bleached the heck out of the house this morning so it would be ready for Grant when he got home. I can't breathe anymore now and I smell terrible! Other than a date night for David and I tonight, we do not have much of anything planned with week. I expect Grant's counts to fall by the end of next week, but we do not expect them to go to 0. At least, I hope not. We will go to clinic on Wednesday and see how he is doing. Oh - tomorrow we will get to attend a private event at the zoo after hours! The kids cannot wait. Apparently 10 cancer families will be there for this fundraiser and they will bring around different animals. David will be attending the Baylor Game. Gosh I hope they make it to the Final Four!!!! GO BEARS!!!

Well, I am off to get this bleach off my skin. I hope you all have a great weekend!
