Pray for Grant

As rough as a day it was for us yesterday, we did get some good news. Grant's MRD (minimal residual disease) is ZERO!!! He is responding to treatment just perfectly.

Even though he is doing so well, they still consider him VERY HIGH RISK and will keep him on the protocal that they have scheduled for him. The next 6 months will require a lot of intense treatment. I thought the last month was bad, but the next 6 months look a thousand times worse.

We have 11 4-6 day hospital stays scheduled before the end of the year. These are not hospital stays that we will have because of fevers or illnesses. These are just to receive chemo. Because of this, we need to figure out how to give Claire the most stable home environment. IF YOU KNOW OF A GOOD NANNY WHO NEEDS A JOB, please e-mail me. We are currently looking for a full time nanny to help us. This person will pick Claire up from school, take her places when we at at the hospital, do some light house cleaning and prepare 3 meals a week for us.

Thanks for all the prayers. They are working.
