Pray for Grant

This is going to be brief because I want to go snuggle with the kiddos.

Grant is doing GREAT!! He is out of his braces and is walking EVERYWHERE!! He still is not perfect and falls now and then, but doing sooooo much better. We have survived the last round (hopefully) of hospital chemo! Grant never had to be re-admitted and his counts have fully recovered. He has actually been able to go to school these past two weeks!!

We met with Dr. Dreyer on Wednesday and will start his Maintence on Monday. He will go in after school for an IV Vincristine push and then will start his pills at full dose. We will just have to wait and see what that does to his counts.

Light the Night was a huge success. We so appriciate everyone who donated and walked with us. I can't tell you what it means to David and I to have so many prayers and support for a cause so near and dear to our hearts. So, thank you again to all of you!!

I have posted some new pictures for you. One is from his last round of hospital chemo and the other from Light the Night. Please check them out on the Pictures portion of this site.

We are looking forward to Halloween and hope you and your families have a wonderful and safe one as well.

I'll post more next week.

Thanks again for all your support!!!

Melanie
