Hey everyone. Thanks for all the well wishes and the prayers.

They took Grant back to surgrey at 2:30 p.m. He was in great spirits before they took him. We sat in the "holding" area for about an hour and he had so much fun. He rode a tracker, we put together a puzzel, we pretented to make cookies, and just loved all over him. Mike, my parents, David and I were with him before he went in. They gave him a drug and he was really sleepy when they pulled him away from us in a wagon. He took "Pup Pup" and his blue blanky with him.

The Dr's just came out and said everything went well. THANK GOD. We will get to see him soon. He has the central line (port) in under his skin on one side. They did the spinal tap and gave him his first round of Chemo through it.

He will get his first Chemo medicine through the port tonight. I'm hoping to time this so that I can get over to Women's to meet my new nephew and then back to take care of Grant before he has this done. We will see.

Thanks again. I'll keep you posted on how he is doing with the waking up and the Chemo treatments.
