So far so good. Grant's spinal came back perfect! YEAH!!! We did not lose any ground not getting the spinal chemo for two months. I can not tell you how much better I feel.

Grant has now received two of five days of chemo this week. His numbers are starting to head down as expected and should stay down for at least two weeks. He has been in GREAT spririts though. Yesterday he was blarring his music CD that he made and was dancing in his bed. He made play dough balls and decided to throw them at people who walked in the room and then would kill himself laughing.

He has been out of the room most of both days. He has been out walking the halls with the use of his little walker and just finished creating a master piece with two other "older chicks" on the floor who are also patients here. He, of course, is flirting with all the nurses. He is something else. He is waiting for Ms. Heather to come in and dance with him and then is insiting on going to the 16th floor to see what is going on up there.

So, so far, so good. I pray it continues to go this well and that we do get out of here on Friday.

Physical medicine has been in to see him. They have ordered him a new walker that they think will be better for his size. They are also ordering an ankle brace for his right foot that should help him with his walking. And on Sunday, he will finally have a sleep study done to see why he won't stay asleep all night! YEAH!!!! Hopefully we will have answers to all our sleepless nights soon! Afterall, it has only been 3 years!
